The Mozzo

The Mozzo Apartments is being developed in the Italian neighborhood of Holy Rosary adjacent to downtown Indianapolis. Named after the Italian word for "hub," the mixed-use building of 64 apartments and 2,300sf of commercial space will be located along the Cultural Trail in the center of a rapidly changing neighborhood. Both the building and the trail will be under construction beginning in the Spring of 2012. Milhaus received all of its entitlements for the project in December of 2011 and is currently working on final construction documents. The building will include studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with dramatic urban views. The Mozzo is within walking distance to major employers, restaurants, entertainment and cultural attractions. The construction is being completed by Milhaus Construction, LLC and the property will be managed by the Gene B. Glick Company. Pre-leasing will begin in the fourth quarter of 2012 and the building will be complete in January of 2013.
