Construction at the Maxwell

CEC Maxwell MilhausConstruction is underway on the space for the first tenant, CEC Engineering, at the Maxwell. The general contractor, Kort Builders, began installing metal studs a couple of weeks ago in the 2,750sf space in the east end of the building. CEC plans to move into their new offices in late-July where they will also enjoy secured private parking spaces within the building. Various tenants are being explored for the remaining 8,773sf.
