Tadd Miller in ULI Magazine

Miller PhotoCheck out page 61 of this month's issue of Urban Land Magazine for an interview with four members of ULI's Urban Development/Mixed Use Councils. As part of the "Connecting Uses" segment, Tadd answers questions such as: "How does 2011 look different from 2010 in terms of obtaining capital/equity?" and "What other trends in urban mixed use do you see ahead?" Other interviewees include Trey Morsbach of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in Dallas, Alex Twining of Twining Properties in New York, and David Wall of GLL Management in the San Francisco Bay Area. It's a great short read on current trends. As a preview for the upcoming Spring Council, the issue also features some Phoenix related development issues. Look for Tadd on a couple of the panels this year in May.
