North Hollywood Transit Oriented Development
Posted on August 03, 2010 by David Leazenby
Spending a couple of days in Los Angeles with some retail developers. There are some great new projects at the North Hollywood Station at the entrance to the San Fernando Valley. Parking is easy and cheap around here, which of course creates nightmares on the freeways. I can see why these deals are getting $2.50/sf + in rent. You can walk a block to the train station and get to jobs in the studios or all the way to Long Beach. The City is getting smart with zoning for mixed-use, too. Here are some pics from the station area.
