Baby strollers roaming downtown Indianapolis
Posted on June 21, 2010 by Tadd Miller
The Packard condominiums has 6 families with children under or at the age of 2. So out of 62 units, 10 percent of the building is raising children in downtown Indianapolis. From discussions with them, they intend to stay downtown. As I walked toward my office this morning, I saw two baby strollers coming out of Hudson, so it appears there might be some sign of “family life” taking place there as well. It is now a regular occurrence to run into a stroller (or in my two year old’s case, a “push peddle car”) while walking to, from, or in the grocery store. Wow, this place has changed since 2000!
