←What do we see? What is mixed use development? – Part One→
What do we stand for?
Posted on May 13, 2010 by Milhaus Development
If developers and cities are going to deliver the lifestyle and experiences that their customers and residents crave, then there are certain elements that need to be considered and evaluated. The context can be any building, neighborhood, city or metropolitan area. These four elements are: diversity of housing types, respectful use of our resources, efficient transportation and inspired design. At Milhaus, we consider each of the elements to be important for the success of mixed use development. In the coming months, we plan to talk in more depth about each of these issues – what they mean to developers, our customers and the built environment, which is forever shaped by our decisions. We’re looking forward to the conversation.
